We also support the adult population as well as the aging population. Certified Nursing Assistants provide quality nursing services by working with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients care and by providing a positive, supportive environment. Our client has few physical limitations and will require assist with activities of daily living with a special approach for our client's unique needs. Clients may have autism, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, aging, and more. The CNA is the front-line representative of the RN supported patient care team often serving as the intermediary between the patient and family, and the AHS's care team members ensuring the CNA is performing duties that align with the skills earned with their license. This role is expected to: assist client with full attention and activities of daily living, medication reminders, assist child with all activities after school, uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. In addition, emotional support and truly being engaged and getting to know and making a lasting impact on the client. Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Current Certified Nursing Assistant License - Accepted in GA Clear/Negative TB Test Pass National Background Check/Drug Screen Must be able to lift 55 lbs Must have reliable transportation Schedule: Varies - Client Dependent The Right candidate will have some flexibility in scheduling given the nature of the job and frequent changes in the client's life.
