Facility Name: Great Oaks Senior Living Shift Availability: Day Shift; Night Shift HR Point of Contact: Georgina Jeffcoat Phone Number: 770-207-3411 Facility Address: 920 Hwy 138 NW , Monroe, GA, 30655 Position Type: Full time Great Oaks Senior Living in Monroe is currently seeking motivated employees for the following positions: Certified Nursing Assistants / Caregivers Night Shift-12 hours PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide your assigned residents with routine daily assistance in accordance with our established resident care procedures, and as directed by your supervisor and/or the Administrator. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to read and write the English language. Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must portray a professional appearance and have good communication and caregiving skills. All Caregivers and CNA's are eligible for a $3.00 an hour attendance differential per pay period. For this type of employment, state law requires a national and state background check as a condition of employment. All Resident Care employees must submit to a physical exam, TB test, and PCR Covid test; all performed at expense of employer. HOURS/SHIFTS: Full time, 12 hour shifts - Night shift needed. Must be able to work weekends and have flexibility with schedule Full time employees earn 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, and are eligible for our Medical, Dental, Vision and Disability insurances.
