About us
CHSGa connects Georgians to a full range of healthcare services: skilled nursing and rehabilitation at about 50 Ethica Health centers statewide, plus hospice (Affinis Hospice), care management (NextStep Care), medical services (GA Med Group) and ambulance transport (Community Ambulance). Centers span Commerce, Comer, Eatonton, Union Point, Macon, Augusta, Newnan, Statesboro and more, with CNA and medication aide openings on every shift.
